		<description>Too true. By doing something so small that it&#039;s impossible to fail is pretty clever! I&#039;ve been exercising regularly for twice or three times a week anyway, now I just need to do 10 mins on all the other days.</description>

What to eat before and after exercise?  Protein, but I&#039;ll give you a much better answer in a few days.  it&#039;s a little hard for me to type right now.
