		<description>Althoguh I have not read the book, I have watched the shows and tried out the simple rules. This began 16th Jan. 2009 The effects was immediately felt within 3 days. Once you get pass the &#039;eat consciously&#039; rule 4 and adopt it as a new habit as oppose to getting rid of old ones, it begans to yield results.
Waistline dropped by 3/4 inch as of this comments.
The programme or &#039;new habits&#039; is steady and progressive. More importantly, this has certainly have the potential to be a lifetime change. No forbidden foods, however, conscious health eating should not be compromise either.
Overall steady downward weightloss(if plot as a graph)with small peaks and troughs.
