		<description>I&#039;ve been silently observing your training from afar via the blog. I&#039;m also training but only for a 6 mile run in October but I&#039;m planning a Tri for next year. I&#039;m just not sure if I want to do a Sprint Tri or longer, I&#039;m not a good runner.

I certainly would like to see information on what didn&#039;t work for you so I don&#039;t make the same mistakes. Also if your doing anything in particular to train for multiple stages of the event like swimming for X and then immediately (right then) going to bike for Y distance. Really any lessons learned and hints to getting started with a Tri would be awesome.</description>
